200g dark or milk chocolate, chopped

Method:
Prepare the Fruit: Wash and dry all fruit thoroughly. Slice bananas and pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
Assemble the Skewers: Thread the fruit onto wooden skewers in alternating patterns for variety and colour.
Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 20-30 second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth. Add coconut oil for a shinier finish.
Dip the Skewers: Dip each skewer partially into the melted chocolate, covering about half of the fruit pieces. Let excess chocolate drip off.
