Ingredients:
4 cups shredded green cabbage
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Method:
Prepare the Vegetables:
In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots.
Make the Dressing:
In a smaller bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
